The site builds its promotions and its shipping options around the country the request comes from, El Corte Inglés splits its stock by region, and Google.es ranks its results by country and city. When you connect from Türkiye, the page in front of you is not the page of the Spanish market; the way to close that gap is to send the request out from an IP address in Spain.

What is a Spain location proxy?

What to look for in a Spain proxy provider
- The number of IPs in Spain. What matters is not the total pool but the share that falls to Spain. The Spanish side of a four hundred million pool can be a few hundred thousand; check whether the provider publishes a country breakdown.
- City and region breakdown. If the pool is squeezed into Madrid and Barcelona, you cannot take a measurement from Valencia, Seville or Bilbao. Spain is divided into seventeen autonomous communities and local results change from region to region.
- Network variety. Which networks the IPs exit through decides how a site responds to the request. Having local fixed-line networks such as Movistar, Vodafone España, Orange España and MasMovil represented in the pool works in your favour.

On datacenter, dedicated IPs are sold in only five countries (the USA, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan); Spain is only on the shared list. The residential column is per GB, and the ISP and datacenter columns are the monthly price per IP dedicated to a single user; all of them are the first rung of the ladder, that is, the figure you pay on the smallest purchase. Shared products did not enter this table, because there you share the address with other customers and the comparison is not made over the same product. City and ASN targeting inside Spain
Picking a country is not enough for most jobs. Spain is divided into seventeen autonomous communities and local results follow that breakdown: a campaign that appears in Catalonia may not appear in Andalusia, Google.es results change order between Madrid and Bilbao, and some retailers write the delivery time by region. The second breakdown is the network. Every IP block is registered to an autonomous system number (ASN) and that record is public. The networks you will meet most often in Spain are Telefónica (AS3352), Vodafone España (AS12430) and Orange España (AS12479); on mobile, Yoigo joins them. What the target site sees when it looks at the IP's record — an access provider or a hosting company — decides how it responds to the request. The third is how close the addresses in your hands are to each other. If the first three octets of the twenty IPs you bought are the same, they are all in a single /24 block. Why not use free Spain proxy lists?
The shared problem of the lists circulating under the heading "free Spain proxy" is that it is not clear who runs the servers. A proxy sees all of your traffic; even when it cannot read the content on HTTPS connections, it can see which site you go to, how often and under which identity. There is no reasonable answer to the question of how the party offering this for free covers its costs.
The second problem is the history of the addresses. Because the IPs on open lists are used by thousands of people, most of them have long since entered the block lists of the sites you want to reach. On targets such as Amazon.es or Google.es those addresses either show a verification screen or return an error outright; you set out to take a measurement and spend the day debugging. The third is continuity: the list changes every day, the address that works today is gone tomorrow, and on a job that runs regularly that means downtime. Common mistakes
- Picking the country and forgetting the city. Spanish results change from region to region; a measurement taken from Madrid does not describe the table in Seville.
- Taking all the IPs from a single block. Twenty addresses in the same /24 block are almost a single address as far as the target site is concerned.
- Mistaking a promotional price for the list price. The first month may be discounted while renewal runs at the list price; build the budget around the renewal figure.
- Not reading the footnote in a package that says "unlimited". Some products carry a monthly GB ceiling per IP, and when the ceiling is full the proxy stops or the speed drops.
- Comparing a shared price with a dedicated IP price. Some of the lowest figures are shared products; make the comparison within the same column.
- Skipping the target site's rules. If there is a published API, that is tried first,
robots.txtand the terms of use are read, and the request rate is kept reasonable.
