Recommended Proxies for Alibaba

Products

Residential Proxy

Real user IPs. Residential IPs come from real devices and ISP lines. Target sites treat them like ordinary user traffic — strong for verification and geo accuracy. Pick any city across thousands of subnets worldwide and exit from real IPs.

Mobile Proxy

4G and 5G infrastructure. Mobile proxies are real 4G/5G IPs behind carrier NAT. They look most natural on mobile-first targets such as apps and ad verification.

A mobile IP is a real IP that exits through a mobile carrier's 4G/5G network; because it sits behind carrier NAT and is shared with thousands of other users, target sites trust it the most.

Datacenter Proxy

Built for volume. Datacenter proxies come from data centers designed for high bandwidth and low latency. They stand out for bulk requests, crawling, and automation.

ISP Proxy

Carrier-grade quality. ISP proxies ride real internet-service-provider infrastructure. Dedicated, high-quality, high-reputation IPs keep long sessions stable for the full term you buy, so corporate targets run more reliably.

Alibaba & Proxy Infrastructure

What Is an Alibaba Proxy, and Why Do You Need One?

An Alibaba proxy is a Proxynet service that connects you to Alibaba and 1688 through separate, real residential or mobile IP identities instead of one shared account IP; it's built for supplier comparison and regional price/MOQ tracking. On these platforms, pulling dozens of product pages, quotes and MOQ (minimum order quantity) figures back to back from a single account or IP trips the bot detection almost immediately. You land on an account verification screen, get restricted temporarily, or see your IP blocked outright — interrupting the sourcing team's most critical job halfway through.

The Regional Price Gap: Alibaba can show a different price, shipping time and supplier list depending on the visitor's IP location. Research run from your own office IP may not reflect the real offer a buyer in your target market would see; geo-targeting through an exit IP inside that country is what makes the price on your screen the price an actual buyer pays.

Multi-Account Supplier Comparison: Teams that compare the same product across several suppliers at once, or send bulk quote requests (RFQ) from different buyer accounts, have to keep every account on a separate, consistent IP identity — otherwise the platform links the accounts and can restrict them all together. Use Sticky Proxy to hold the same exit for the length of a buyer session, and Rotating Proxy to scan large numbers of supplier pages in parallel.

Which Proxy Source, for Which Job: Alibaba's bot detection is strong, so the right source depends on the task.

This setup is the Alibaba-specific answer to your wider e-commerce proxy needs; the same infrastructure applies for teams researching on Amazon proxy or Trendyol proxy targets.

An importing team, for instance, bulk-scans the same electronics item across 15 different suppliers to compare price and MOQ; a dropshipping team exits from the target market (e.g. the US) to verify the price a buyer there would see; and a sourcing specialist fires off simultaneous RFQs from several buyer accounts — all three run on the same residential/mobile IP infrastructure in different proxy modes.

Tracking MOQ and supplier reliability over time

For businesses buying wholesale, the price and MOQ (minimum order quantity) you see on a single visit often isn't the full picture — what actually matters is how those numbers move over weeks. Does a supplier drop the price at higher volumes, does the MOQ loosen over time, does response time get slower? Seeing that means visiting the same supplier page regularly, and visiting too often can trip a verification screen on your account.

Regional pricing adds another layer: the same supplier can show different prices and shipping times depending on the buyer's country. If you're targeting a specific market (say, dropshipping into the US), what you see without a real IP from that country may not match what an actual local buyer gets quoted.

China-specific periods affect pricing and response speed too — suppliers update stock and prices often ahead of 11.11, while factories slow down around Chinese New Year. For teams that want to keep tracking through these periods, residential proxies make it practical to monitor regularly without getting flagged, so you don't miss the right moment.

Support and proxy quality

When you take the quality of the proxies they sell together with pre-sales and after-sales support, I can say they are among the best on the market. I want to work with them for a long time — thank you.

One of the best customer support teams you will see

I was using a proxy from another company and could not get support. I was already registered on proxynet.io before buying; when a customer-service email arrived on Saturday I decided to try. So far I can say their fast replies and problem-solving approach really impressed me.

Technical support is fast, ISP proxies work

Technical support is fast. I was very happy with the ISP proxies; you could make prices a bit more affordable, mobile is unfortunately expensive, but ISP speeds and subnet quality are solid.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Everything you want to know about Alibaba.

Have a different question, or need high-volume supplier research infrastructure? Our expert team is available 24/7.

Alibaba flags accounts that open a large number of product pages, supplier profiles or quotes in a short window as suspected bots. It usually starts with an extra verification screen (phone/email) and ends in a temporary access restriction. Running heavy research from a single office or home IP raises that risk; spreading traffic across different real-user IPs with residential or mobile proxies largely removes the trigger.
